The Uganda Crested Cranes have booked a place in the finals CECAFA22 after beating Ethiopia 1:0 this afternoon.
The game that was played between between the Cranes and Ethiopian women went 90minutes in a barren draw . This saw the match progress to extra time to determine the winner to play in the finals.
Crested Cranes starlet Fazila Ikwaput luckily got the deciding goal on the 115th minute that earned the Uganda victory.
The Crested Cranes now eye the trophy as they wait for the one of the teams between Tanzania aand Burundi who tussling out.
The Crested Cranes have progressively improved and leveled their games claiming a couple of silver wears. Given their impressive run in the previous campaign they stand favorites.
